Situational Judgment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll be asked to provide a response to several scenario-based questions that may feature in your day-to-day role in Operations & Delivery.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personality Questionnaire<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personality questionnaire has a series of questions to help understand your preferred style at work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Language Test<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here at TUI, the language we use to communicate with each other is English. The test will evaluate your level of English (Writing & Speaking). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Numeracy Test<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have online systems that you will work with, but there are times when you’ll need to do manual calculations so this basic numeracy test will evaluate your level of numeracy. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
