This virtual interview will give you the chance to meet us in person and to complete your final one-to-one interview with us.  We will also discuss the Terms and Conditions of the role with you.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make Sure You Are Prepared<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We would like you to prepare an activity for the day we meet. As a TUI Swim Coach, working in our destinations, your aim is to plan and deliver Swim lessons and then to be able to promote them to the newly arrived guests. <\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like you to come up with a 30-minutes class of your choice and then promote it during a 3-minutes presentation. Be sure to Include a Theme in your session. Please highlight the benefits of your lesson, why your guests should attend and what they will be doing.<\/span> You are welcome to use props and other material for your presentation.<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On The Day Of The Virtual Interview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The \u201cWelcome Lounge\u201d<\/strong> will open 15 minutes before the assessment starts.  Make sure to connect in time to check that all of your equipment is working as it should.  The assessment team will be there to welcome you and to give you some further explanations.  You might also be able to meet other candidates who are there to be interviewed in their own virtual 121 room.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
