Online testing: Situational Judgement Test and English language tests (oral and written).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">3. Once you\u2019ve completed the test, you get your result immediately. If you fail the test, then the application process stops for you. If you pass the test, you move on to the next test. This right down to being able to schedule your virtual interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">4. Assessment day: interview + group discussion face-to-face<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">5. If the result is positive, we will give you an appointment for an alcohol and drug test. There are currently trainings programmed between August 2024 and October 2024, so even if you have to give notice at your current job, feel free to apply. From the moment you start flying, several supplements and legal benefits are added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">If you are flying as a job student, you will receive a salary as from the first day you start flying. The application for a EU passport takes about two weeks for Belgian citizens. Ask for more information from your municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-dark-blue-color has-text-color\">If you do already hold an EU passport, please check that it is still valid.
