We use a variety of methods to conduct our selection processes including Microsoft Teams, online assessments, assessment centres, and in-person interviews. The type of selection process will depend on the nature of the role for which you are applying.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We tend to follow a natural interview process as we want you to feel relaxed and enjoy the conversation. We feel this is how we get to see the best of you during the process.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you have a Microsoft Teams or in-person interview, you will typically be asked the \u2018get to know you\u2019 questions followed by a mix of competency-based questions aligned to the role for which you are applying.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our main airline offices are based in Luton, Stockholm, Zaventem, Rijswijk and Hanover, however we also have many opportunities across our extensive airport network. We are a truly international team. For some of our operational roles such as Cabin Crew and Pilots, you may be required to live within a certain distance of a particular airport\/location due to operational\/regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
