In Agile Evolution you can work as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. The main mission is to assist TUI on its way to become a fully agile company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team consists of Scrum Masters who coach stakeholders on the agile mindset and principles, help to align on ways of working and tools used and support all the agile Product teams to continuously improve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Scrum Master coaches both the team and the organisation to understand agile methodology and delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Think of the Scrum Master like a personal trainer who helps you choose the right exercises, perform with the correct form, reminds you of your goals and in doing so ensures continuous improvement but cannot make you do any exercise you don\u2019t want to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same way the Scrum Master helps the team to make smarter decisions based on evidence but only has the authority that is granted to them by the team and the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
