Global VIBE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

How we lead matters and how we think, feel, act and build trust with newly formed teams working in new global environments will be the key to our future success. We know leading a high performing team within one country can be challenging – add in the complexities of merging teams, virtual working, different time zones, cultures, languages, legislation and priorities and things can become more complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support our global leaders with our new support tool Global VIBE Toolkit to provide learning support as their roles and remits expand to lead global teams.
