Your Virtual Interview
Congratulations, you have done a great job so far and we would love to meet you for the final part of the recruitment journey – Your Virtual Interview.
This virtual assessment will give you the chance to meet us in person and to complete your final one-to-one interview with us. We will also discuss the Terms and Conditions of the role with you.
If you think you might require additional support or any adjustments to complete this virtual interview, then please

WHAT TO EXPECT

Make Sure You Are Prepared
We would like you to prepare an activity for the day we meet. As a TUI BLUE Football Coach , working in our destinations, your aim is to plan and deliver Football classes and then to be able to promote them to the newly arrived guests.
We would like you to come up with a 30-minutes lesson of your choice and then promote it during a 3-minutes presentation. Please highlight the benefits of your lesson, why your guests should attend and what they will be doing. You are welcome to use props and other material for your presentation.
In the virtual platform, you will find different tiles such as ‘About the Job’. By clicking on this tile, you will find important information about us as a Company, which will help you to prepare in advance. It is important that you read, watch, or where possible, download this content.
We also recommend you check the time of your interview carefully. Our system displays all timings as London time, so check beforehand what that time is in your current time zone.

On The Day Of The Virtual Interview
The “welcome lounge” will open 15 minutes before the assessment starts. Make sure to connect in time to check if everything is working as it should. The assessment team will be there to welcome you and to give you some further explanations. You might also be able to meet other candidates who are there to be interviewed as well.
