Make Sure You Are Prepared

We would like you to prepare an activity for the day we meet. As a TUI BLUE Fitness & Leisure Instructor working in our destinations, your aim is to plan and deliver fitness lessons and then to be able to promote them to the newly arrived guests.

We would like you to come up with a 45-minutes class of your choice and then promote it during a 3-minutes presentation. Please highlight the benefits of your lesson, why your guests should attend and what they will be doing. You are welcome to use props and other material for your presentation.

On The Day Of The Virtual Interview

The “welcome lounge” will open 15 minutes before the assessment starts. Make sure to connect in time to check if everything is working as it should.

The assessment team will be there to welcome
you and to give you some further explanations.

We also ask you to wear sports clothes and have
some water at hand as we have a fitness exercise prepared for you.

We also recommend you check the time of your interview carefully. Our system displays all timings as London time, so check beforehand what that time is in your current time zone.
