Your Virtual Entertainment Interview
Congratulations, you have done a great job so far and we would love to meet you for the final part of the recruitment journey – Your Virtual Interview.
This assessment will give you the chance to meet us in person and to show us more about who you are. We have planned for the assessment to take between 2-3 hours, but don´t worry it will be packed with information, fun activities, and a final one-to-one interview.

Make Sure You Are Prepared
Preparation for the Virtual Assessment
Imagine the guests have arrived and there is a short break in the scheduled entertainment programme, so you step in to fill the gap. It is time for you to take centre stage and host a creative, unique, and fun gap filler. You can choose at which of our concepts the activity is aimed.
The activity should last about 3 minutes.
Top Tips
You will be presenting the activity to a small group via the SOVA platform.
Feel free to use any props you have and include an opening and close.
We want you to have fun, be creative and present to us as if we were your audience.
In the virtual platform, you will find different tiles such as ‘About the Job’. By clicking on this tile, you will find important information about us as a Company, which will help you to prepare in advance. It is important that you read, watch, or where possible, download this content.
On The Day Of The Virtual Assessment
The “welcome lounge” will open 15 minutes before the assessment starts. Make sure to connect in time to check if everything is working as it should. The assessment team will be there to welcome you and to explain the rest of the assessment. You will also be able to meet the other candidates that will join you. The final stage will be a one-to-one interview with one of the assessor
